Ingredients
2 cups rice
Water to boil the rice
1 tbsp vinegar
Salt according to taste
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp black sesame seeds
1 tsp nuts
1 thinly chopped fresh red chilli
Thin slices of 1 sweet potato
Few rose or any flower petals
Method

Take a pressure cooker. Boil the rice with required amount of water (normally it will be double of the rice) in a pressure cooker on a medium flame. Cook till 2 whistles blow.

Once cooked, let it completely cool down.

Take a deep bowl. Add in the rice, vinegar, oil and salt. Mix it with a spoon.

Now take a doughnut tray and fill it with the rice mixture. Cover it with simple tray and reverse it on a clean serving plate or surface.

Now decorate it with black sesame seeds, slices of sweet potato, chopped nuts and red chilli.

Sushi doughnuts are ready to be served with soya sauce.
