Crispy egg roll, sharp and creamy goat cheese, smoked salmon, and black beans make these egg rolls both easy and sophisticated, and perfect for entertaining.
Ingredients
1 package Nasoya egg roll wraps (You won't use the whole package)
1/2 cup herbed goat cheese
1/2 cup black beans
1/2 cup smoked salmon (cut into strips)
Method

Preheat fryer oil to 350 degrees F or oven to 400 degrees F

Lay out your egg roll wrappers, and place even amounts of black beans, salmon, and goat cheese on center.

Use a little water to moisten edges of wrappers, and wrap. *

If frying, put in fryer basket and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

If baking, spray with cooking spray and bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
