Ingredients

1 cup refined flour
salt as per taste
Atta maggi noodles 1 packet
water as required
refined oil for frying +2 spoon

Method

cook Maggi as per instructed on packet

keep it a little drybso that it can be stuffed easily in samosa

in a pan mix refined flour 2 spoon oil and salt

Knead a soft dough with lukewarm water

divide the dough in equal portiin

roll a portion in oval shape

cut the portion in 2 part by using a knife

Smear water over the straight edge.

Join the edges to make a cone.

Press gently to seal the cone.

Fill the cone with Maggi and smear water on the edges.

Press gently to seal the opening

Make all samosas like this

Heat oil in a wok

deep fry Samosa on medium flame
