Ingredients

Mutton minced 200 gm
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chilly paste 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Finely chopped onion 1
Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Chopped mint leaves 1 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp+frying
Samosa Patties - 15

Method

Heat oil in pressure pan , saute ginger garlic paste until raw aroma disappears

Saute green chili paste for few seconds

Ad mutton mince, salt and 1/4 cup water. Mix well

Pressure cook till 3 whistles. Once steam is released, gently mix. Cook until water evaporates

Now add chopped onion, coriander leaves and mint leaves. Mix well and allow to cool to room temperature

Take samosa Patties and fill stuffing in it. Seal edges completely

Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crisp over medium heat. Serve hot with chutney or sauce
