How to make shrimp tacos with frozen cooked shrimp and homemade taco shells are here! Use air fryer, grill, oven or pressure cooker to fill with shrimp or ground beef

Ingredients

1 c shrimp (peeled, raw or cooked and frozen)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/3 tsp granulated garlic (or garlic powdedr)
1/3 tsp paprika
1/3 tsp thyme
1 pinch salt and pepper
Shrimp Sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp sriracha
1 pinch salt
3 taco shells

Method

Rinse shrimp and pat dry well with paper towels. Put in a bowl, add salt, spices, herbs and olive oil. Stir and leave for a few minutes. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and sriracha for a spice in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Place the tortillas on the taco racks and place in the air fryer basket. Bake in a preheated air fryer at 320F for 5-6 minutes until crunchy. Remove to cool and set aside.

Transfer the marinated shrimp to an air fryer basket and bake at 320F for 5-6 minutes for raw defrosted or cooked and still frozen. Brush the inside of the toasted taco shells with white sauce and stuff chopped red cabbage or coleslaw.

Add slices of avocado and top with air fried shrimp. Drizzle the taco filling with your mayo white sauce and add chopped greens (parsley, cilantro). Sprinkle with lemon or lime juice if desired.
