Honey Glazed Chicken Nuggets recipe

This is a yummy chicken dish with sweet honey and tangy mustard. We make little chicken pieces that are crispy outside and soft inside. Then we pour a sweet sauce on them. It's good for dinner or a snack.

Ingredients

500 g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tsp garlic powder
250 g all-purpose flour
1 large egg
100 ml honey
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying

Method

In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

In another bowl, beat the egg.

Dip each chicken piece into the egg, then coat with the flour mixture.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to medium-high heat.

Fry the chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.

Drain the chicken on paper towels.

In a saucepan, combine honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and olive oil. Warm over medium heat, stirring until smooth.

Toss the fried chicken in the honey mustard sauce until well coated.

Serve the honey glazed chicken nuggets warm.
