This is a yummy breakfast flatbread with ham, cheese, and spinach. It's like a pizza, but for breakfast! You put ham, cheese, and spinach on bread and bake it with an egg on top. It's easy to make and really good to eat!

Ingredients

4 slices of deli ham
4 large eggs
4 flatbreads or naan
113 g cheddar cheese
2 cups fresh spinach
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil

Method

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Chop the ham into bite-sized pieces.

Grate the cheddar cheese.

Wash and dry the spinach leaves.

Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.

Drizzle olive oil over the flatbreads.

Arrange the spinach, cheddar cheese, and ham on the flatbreads, leaving the center open for the egg.

Gently break an egg into the center of each flatbread.

Bake in the oven until the eggs are set, about 10 minutes.

Take the flatbreads out of the oven and season with salt and black pepper.
