This is a fun drink that mixes bitter and sweet flavors. It has gin, a special bitter red drink, and sweet red wine. You also add lemon juice and a fizzy beer. It's finished with a lemon twist and a fresh herb on top.

Ingredients

25 ml Gin
25 ml Campari
25 ml Sweet Vermouth
30 ml Lemon Juice
150 ml Lager Beer
Lemon Twist
Sprig of Mint

Method

In a mixing glass, combine 25 ml of gin, 25 ml of Campari, and 25 ml of sweet vermouth.

Add 30 ml of fresh lemon juice to the mixture.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a large glass.

Top the glass with 150 ml of lager beer.

Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and a sprig of mint.
