This is a yummy wrap with chicken and cheese. You cook chicken and put it in a tortilla. Then you add cheese and a tasty sauce. Wrap it up and you can eat it with your hands!

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 flour tortillas
4 leaves romaine lettuce
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup Caesar dressing

Method

Mix smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper together in a small bowl.

Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts.

Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat.

Cook the chicken breasts for about 5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice it thinly.

Place a tortilla on a flat surface and lay a lettuce leaf in the center.

Top the lettuce with sliced chicken, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and a drizzle of Caesar dressing.

Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.

Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.

Serve the wraps immediately, or grill them for 1-2 minutes on each side for a crispy exterior if desired.
