Ingredients

250gm chicken tikka pieces shreded
onion chopped 1
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp kasuri methi crushed
2 tsp redchilli powder
salt to taste
samosa sheets
maida paste for sealing

Method

Prepare the tikka pieces and shred it

In a pan add oil saute onions till wet

Then add in ginger garlic paste cook till raw smell is gone

Add in all masala and cook it

Add in crushed kasurimethi , salt

Finally add in shreded chicken tikka and give it a good mix.

Fill in the masala in samosa sheet and seal with maida paste and fry till crisp
