Chicken, Mango & Spinach Whole Wheat Wrap recipe

This wrap is a yummy lunch filled with chicken, sweet mango, and fresh spinach. It's all rolled up in a whole wheat tortilla. It's easy to make and really good for you!

Ingredients

2 whole wheat tortillas
6 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced
1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp curry powder
Salt to taste

Method

Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface.

In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, curry powder, and a pinch of salt to create a spread.

Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over each tortilla.

Place the grilled chicken slices down the center of each tortilla.

Add the mango slices on top of the chicken.

Place a handful of fresh spinach leaves over the mango.

Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the edges as you go to hold the filling inside.

Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately or wrap in foil to take on the go.
