This is a fancy drink with bubbles and a sweet berry taste. It's made with special wine and a splash of blackberry syrup. You put a berry on top to make it pretty!

Ingredients

20 ml cassis
150 ml champagne or cremant, chilled
1 raspberry, to garnish

Method

Chill a champagne flute in the fridge until it is cold.

Pour 20 ml of cassis into the chilled flute.

Carefully top up the flute with chilled champagne or cremant.

Garnish with a fresh raspberry on top and serve immediately.
