This is a sweet and nutty drink with a coffee kick. You mix vodka, hazelnut syrup, coffee liqueur, and cold brew coffee. Then, you shake it with ice and pour it into a glass with a caramel rim and chocolate shavings.

Ingredients

30 ml Vodka
15 ml Hazelnut syrup
30 ml Coffee liqueur
1 Shot of cold brew coffee
1 Tbsp Caramel sauce
30 g Chocolate shavings
Ice

Method

Place the chocolate shavings on a small plate.

Spread a thin layer of caramel sauce around the rim of your martini glass and dip it into the chocolate shavings to coat.

In a cocktail shaker, add ice, vodka, hazelnut syrup, coffee liqueur, and cold brew coffee.

Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds or until the shaker feels very cold.

Strain the mixture into your prepared glass and serve immediately.
