Ingredients

Maida 1 cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Warm water to knead the dough
Cabbage 1/2 cup (finely shredded)
Boiled peas 2 tbsp
Ginger (grated) 2 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Soya sauce 2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp + for frying

Method

Combine maida, oil and salt in a bowl. Knead it into a dough using water and keep aside.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add ginger and saute.

Add cabbage and peas and season them with salt and pepper.

Let them sweat a little and add the soya sauce.

Take out the prepared mixture onto a plate and let cool, make sure it is absolutely dry.

Take a small portion of the dough and roll out into a small circle. Cut into half.

Place 2 tbsp of the cabbage mixture and fold into a triangle/samosa shape. Set aside.

Repeat the process with the remaining dough and cabbage mixture.

Heat enough oil in a large pan. Fry the prepared triangle until golden.

Drain the fried samosas on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
