Beer Bread is a soft and flavorful bread that can be made with your favorite type of beer! With just a few ingredients, this recipe is foolproof!

Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour (sifted)

3 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup white sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

12 ounce can beer (use your favorite)

1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Method

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, next, add the beer and stir to combine.

Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.

Pour melted butter over mixture.

Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, after which place bread on a wire rack to continue cooling.

Slice and serve.
