Baked Fusilli with Spinach, Cherry Tomatoes & Mozzarella recipe


This is a yummy pasta dish with cheese, tomatoes, and spinach. You cook pasta and mix it with sauce and veggies. Then you bake it with cheese on top until it's all melty and delicious.


250 g fusilli pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups fresh spinach
1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Fill a large pot with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil. Add the fusilli pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta with marinara sauce, cherry tomatoes, and fresh spinach.
Pour the pasta mixture into a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dried basil, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Top the pasta with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your cheesy, veggie-packed pasta bake!
