This is a yummy breakfast you can make in a muffin tin. It has eggs, ham, and spinach. You bake it until the eggs are just right. It's like a little cup you can eat!

Ingredients

6 large eggs
6 slices of deli ham
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup baby spinach, roughly chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil

Method

Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C) and put the oven rack near the bottom.

Use the olive oil to grease 6 cups of a muffin tin.

Place a slice of ham in each muffin cup, making a cup shape.

Put some chopped spinach into each ham cup.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the spinach.

Crack an egg into each cup, on top of the spinach and cheese.

Sprinkle a little bit of salt and pepper over each egg.

Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still a bit runny.

Take the muffin tin out of the oven and wait for 1 minute to let the eggs get firm.

Use a spoon or spatula to take each egg cup out of the tin.

Eat them while they're warm and enjoy!
