Apple Avocado and Kale Smoothie recipe

This is a yummy green drink made with apples, avocado, and kale. It's sweet and creamy. You put everything in a blender and mix it up. Then you drink it! It's good for you and tastes like apples.

Ingredients

12 fl oz coconut water
1 medium avocado
2 cups kale leaves, stems removed
1 large banana
2 medium Gala apples
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
6 ice cubes

Method

Wash the kale leaves and remove the stems. Chop the leaves into smaller pieces.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into the blender.

Peel the banana and add it to the blender.

Wash, core, and chop the apples into quarters, then add them to the blender.

Add the coconut water, lemon juice, honey, and ice cubes to the blender.

Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes or until the smoothie is creamy and smooth.

Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding a little more honey.

Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
