Ingredients

Potatoes (boiled ) 3-4
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Whole coriander seeds 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Green chilly 2-3
Garam masala pwdr 1/2 tsp

For the Dough :

Maida 3-4 tbsp
Ghee 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Curd 1 tsp
Cumin seeds a pinch
Ajwain a pinch
Soda bicarbonate a pinch

Method

Roughly mash the boiled potatoes

Dry roast the cumin and coriander seeds till the aroma comes and then grind in a blender.

Mix all the ingredients into the mashed potatoes and mix well.

Mix all the ingredients for the dough together and make a soft and smooth dough by adding water.

Keep it aside for at least 30 minutes.

Take a small ball of dough and roll out a chapati with the help of a rolling pin.

Cut it into two halves and make semicircle shape.

Roll them properly into a cone shape, fill in the potato mix and seal with water forming the shape of a samosa.

Prepare samosas with the rest of the dough.

In a pan heat oil and deep fry the samosas until golden from both sides.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
