Vegetable Pizza recipe


This is a yummy pizza with a crust made from crescent rolls. It's topped with a creamy sauce and lots of fresh veggies like broccoli, radishes, and peppers. It's a colorful and tasty meal!


2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
1 cup sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (1 ounce) package ranch seasoning mix
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup chopped fresh broccoli
1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a jelly roll pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Unroll crescent roll dough and lay out on the prepared jelly roll pan. Press the edges together to form a single sheet of dough. Let stand for 5 minutes, then pierce with a fork.
Bake in the preheated oven until dough is lightly golden and puffed, about 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, dill weed, and garlic powder. Spread the mixture over the cooled crust.
Top with chopped broccoli, sliced cucumber, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, grated carrot, and sliced celery.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
Cut the chilled pizza into 16 squares and serve.
