Turkey Burger with Spicy Mayo & Sweet Potato Wedges recipe

This is a yummy turkey burger with a spicy mayo sauce. It comes with sweet potato wedges instead of carrot fries. You make the burger with turkey meat and add some spices. Then you cook it in a pan and eat it with the sauce and potatoes.

4 large sweet potatoes
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 lb ground turkey
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 (5 oz) pkg mixed greens

Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Wash and dry the sweet potatoes. Cut them into wedges and place them on a baking sheet.
Drizzle the sweet potato wedges with 1 tbsp of olive oil, sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat and arrange in a single layer.
Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden and tender.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, Worcestershire sauce, ground cumin, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, hot sauce, and garlic powder to create the spicy mayo.
Wash and dry the mixed greens and set aside.
To serve, place a turkey burger on each plate, add a dollop of spicy mayo, and a serving of sweet potato wedges. Add a handful of mixed greens on the side.
