This drink is a twist on the classic Long Island Iced Tea. It's a mix of different alcohols with a tropical citrus flavor. You shake it with ice and serve it cold. It's a strong drink that tastes like a fun, fruity party!

Ingredients

15 ml Vodka
15 ml White Rum
15 ml Tequila
15 ml Triple Sec
15 ml Gin
15 ml Orange Liqueur
1 Orange
1 Lime
30 g Sugar
30 ml Water
Ice cubes

Method

In a small saucepan, combine 30 g of sugar and 30 ml of water. Heat until the sugar dissolves to make a simple syrup. Allow it to cool.

Juice the orange and lime into a cocktail shaker.

Add 15 ml each of vodka, white rum, tequila, triple sec, gin, and orange liqueur to the shaker.

Pour in the cooled simple syrup.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well until the mixture is chilled.

Strain the cocktail into a highball glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a slice of orange or lime and serve immediately.
