This is a yummy drink with bananas and rum. It's sweet and has a tropical taste. You mix banana, rum, orange liqueur, and juice together. It's a fun drink for grown-ups to enjoy!

1 Banana

45 ml Coconut Rum

1 tablespoon Brown Sugar

30 ml Orange Liqueur

60 ml Mango Juice

60 ml Soda Water

Method

Cut the banana into slices, setting aside two slices for garnish.

Place the remaining banana slices on a tray and sprinkle with brown sugar. Use a kitchen torch or broiler to caramelize the sugar until golden and bubbly, then set aside to cool.

In a blender, combine the caramelized banana slices, coconut rum, orange liqueur, and mango juice. Blend until smooth.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour the banana mixture over the ice. Shake well for about 15 seconds.

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice, top with soda water for a fizzy touch, and gently stir.

Garnish with the reserved banana slices and serve immediately.
