Ingredients
All purpose flour - 1 bowl
Semolina - 2 tablespoons
Oil - 4 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Asafoetida - a pinch
Boil potato - 4-5 mashed
Red chilly powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Mango powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Frozen peas - 1 handful
Green chilly- 2 chopped
Method

In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, semolina, salt, 2 tablespoons oil and knead a tight dough with water and keep aside.

Make small balls with dough and roll them into poori size circles with rolling pin. Prick all taco with a fork

Heat oil in a kadhai. Place the taco in kadhai and press with skimmer. Now turn the taco and fold it half. Do not press it. Between the fold there should be a space for potato filling. Fry them until light golden brown and crisp.

Heat oil in a kadhai add asafoetida and cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add frozen peas and saute for a minute now add mashed potato and all the above ingredients. Mix well and saute for 5 minuts. Switch off the flame and let it cool.

Now fill potato filling in tacos shells and serve with your favourite chutney.
