Strawberry Bourbon Eggnog recipe


This is a creamy drink with a twist of strawberry and a hint of bourbon. You mix eggs, sugar, milk, and cream. Then, you add bourbon and strawberries. It's a sweet, pink drink you can enjoy cold.


2 Eggs
60 g Granulated Sugar
250 ml Whole Milk
100 ml Heavy Cream
100 ml Bourbon
50 g Fresh Strawberries
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
A pinch of Ground Nutmeg


Separate the egg yolks and whites into two different bowls.
Add 50g of granulated sugar to the egg yolks and beat with an electric mixer until the mixture is light and frothy.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites with the remaining 10g of sugar until soft peaks form.
Pour the milk, heavy cream, bourbon, and vanilla extract into the yolk mixture and whisk until well combined.
Chop the strawberries into small pieces and stir them into the eggnog mixture.
Gently fold in the fluffy egg whites until just combined, being careful not to deflate them.
Serve the eggnog in glasses and sprinkle a pinch of ground nutmeg on top for garnish.
