2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 medium radishes, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 small bunch green onions, thinly sliced

Method

1
Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water, then cook with 2 cups of water according to package instructions.
2
In a bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Add sliced radishes to the mixture and let sit to pickle while preparing the rest of the dish.

5
Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and half of the green onions to the turkey. Cook for another 2 minutes.
6
Pour the sauce over the turkey mixture and add crushed red pepper. Stir well and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
7
Fluff the cooked rice with a fork and divide it among bowls.
8
Top the rice with the spicy turkey mixture.

Garnish with the remaining green onions and serve immediately.
