This is a yummy rice bowl with spicy ground turkey and tangy pickled radish. It's like a hug in a bowl! You cook rice and meat, then mix them together. Top with radish and special sauce. It's easy and so good!

1 cup jasmine rice
2 cups water
1/3 kg ground turkey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 medium radishes, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 x 2 1/2 cm piece ginger root, grated
1 small bunch green onions, thinly sliced

Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water, then cook with 2 cups of water according to package instructions.
In a bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Add sliced radishes to the mixture and let sit to pickle while preparing the rest of the dish.
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and chili garlic sauce to make the sauce.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.
Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and half of the green onions to the turkey. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the turkey mixture and add crushed red pepper. Stir well and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Fluff the cooked rice with a fork and divide it among bowls.
Top the rice with the spicy turkey mixture.
Drain the pickled radishes and add them to the bowls.
Garnish with the remaining green onions and serve immediately.
