Spicy Garlic Parmesan Bread Recipe


This is a yummy bread with garlic, cheese, and a little spice. It's crispy and cheesy. You cook it in the oven until it's golden. It's good with soup or salad or by itself.


4 large garlic cloves
120 g unsalted butter, softened
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp dried oregano
200 g grated Parmesan cheese
1 large baguette
1 handful of fresh parsley


Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
Mince the garlic cloves and finely chop the fresh parsley.
In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, softened butter, hot sauce, and dried oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Cut the baguette in half lengthways, then spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on each half.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the buttered baguette halves.
Place the baguette halves on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the cheese is golden brown.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, slice into individual portions, and serve hot.
