Crush weetbix into a container, add milk and stir well. Pat the weetbix mixture down firmly to create the base.

In a separate bowl combine the yoghurt and peanut butter, then pour into your container to cover the weetbix.

Pour in the caramel sauce and smooth over with a spoon, then set aside.

Melt dark chocolate in short increments in the microwave, then drizzle over the top of the caramel sauce, sprinkle over with the crushed peanuts, then set in the fridge or consume immediately.
