This is a fruity drink with red wine and fresh citrus. You mix wine, brandy, and chopped fruit together. Then, you let it sit in the fridge. It's a cold, sweet, and yummy drink for grown-ups.

Ingredients

1 Bottle of dry Red Wine (750 ml)
100 ml of Orange Liqueur
50 g of Honey
2 Oranges
1 Lime
1 Lemon
1 Pear
1 Cinnamon Stick
250 ml of Ginger Ale

Method

Begin by washing the fruit. Slice one orange, the lime, and the lemon into thin rounds.

Peel the other orange and cut it into segments. Chop the pear into small cubes.

In a large pitcher, combine the sliced orange, lime, lemon, orange segments, and pear cubes.

Pour the bottle of red wine into the pitcher.

Add the orange liqueur and honey to the pitcher and stir until the honey is dissolved.

Place the cinnamon stick into the pitcher for a hint of spice.

Refrigerate the sangria for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to let the flavors blend and the drink to chill.

Before serving, remove the cinnamon stick and gently stir in the ginger ale for a fizzy touch.

Serve the sangria in glasses filled with ice, and garnish with a slice of orange or lemon if desired.
