Ingredients
Maida 3/4 cup
salt 1/4 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Boiled potatoes 2
Chopped green chilli 1 tbsp
Boiled pea 1/2cup
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Amchoor powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Method

Maida,add salt,add oil mix well and add water little by little to make a dough.dough should be bit tight to make them crispy.prepare with little water.

For filling:-

Grate boiled potatoes in a bowl.add finely chopped green chilli ,add boiled pea ,salt,red chilli powder,garam masala ,and amchoor powder mix well.

Heat oil in a wok .take small amount of dough and roll it with the help of rolling pin.

Bring your fingers together like this and place prepared small chapati of dough over it.

Now fill 1/2 tsp of potato mixture in middle of it .now with the help of your fingers make potli .join all the corners and make potli .

Press the neck of the potli so that potatoes will not come out while frying.

Repeat the same to make more potli's from the rest of the dough.put all the potli's in hot oil.

Fry only on low flame and sprinkle hot oil on top of them .so that they can attain same color from all the sides .
