This is a yummy dish with pork and veggies. You cook pork in a pan and add things like ginger, garlic, and soy sauce. Then you mix in noodles and cook it all together. It's a fun dinner!

Ingredients

2 tbsp vegetable oil
400 g lean pork strips
300 g rice noodles
2 tbsp ginger, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
400 g mixed stir-fry vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas)
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Method

1
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork strips and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
2
While the pork is cooking, prepare the rice noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
3
Add the minced ginger and garlic to the pan with the pork and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
4
Toss in the mixed stir-fry vegetables and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
5
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and cornstarch with 3 tbsp of water to create a sauce.
6
Pour the sauce over the pork and vegetables in the pan, stirring well to coat everything. Allow to simmer for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
7
Add the cooked rice noodles to the pan and toss everything together to combine and heat through the noodles, about 2 minutes.
8
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the stir-fry before serving.
