Pork Stir Fry recipe


This is a yummy dish with pork, noodles, and veggies. You cook the pork with garlic, ginger, and sauces. Then you add water chestnuts and veggies. Mix in noodles and serve with lime!


250 g dried medium egg noodles
500 g lean pork mince
3 garlic cloves, finely grated
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 red chilli, deseeded and thinly sliced
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
200 g canned sliced water chestnuts, drained
400 g mixed stir fry vegetables
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Lime wedges, for serving


Cook the noodles as the label says. Drain and keep them warm.
Mix pork with garlic, ginger, chilli, soy sauces, and hoisin sauce.
Heat oil in a big pan or wok. Add the pork mix and cook for 3 minutes.
Put in water chestnuts and veggies. Cook for 5 minutes until pork is done and veggies are soft.
Add noodles to the pan and mix. Cook until everything is hot.
Put the stir fry in bowls. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve with lime wedges to squeeze over.
