1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 pound boneless pork loin, cut into small cubes
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup snow peas, trimmed
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1 tablespoon minced ginger
2 green onions, sliced

Method

1
Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water, then cook with 2 cups of water according to package instructions until tender.
2
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili garlic sauce, and garlic powder to create the sauce.
