1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 pound boneless pork loin, cut into small cubes
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup snow peas, trimmed
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1 tablespoon minced ginger
2 green onions, sliced

Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water, then cook with 2 cups of water according to package instructions until tender.
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili garlic sauce, and garlic powder to create the sauce.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the cubed pork loin and cook until browned and cooked through.
Add the pineapple chunks, snow peas, and red bell pepper to the skillet with the pork. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Stir in the minced ginger and cook for an additional minute.
