This is a yummy snack made with sweet pear, creamy gouda cheese, and tasty turkey slices. You wrap the pear and cheese with turkey and eat it! It's easy to make and very delicious.

Ingredients

2 ripe Bartlett pears

1/4 x 8 oz block gouda cheese

8 slices smoked turkey breast

Method

Wash, dry, quarter, and core the pears. Slice each pear into 8 wedges, to make a total of 16 wedges.

Thinly slice the gouda cheese into 16 pieces.

Cut or tear the turkey breast slices in half lengthwise to make 16 strips.

Place one pear wedge and one slice of gouda cheese at the end of each strip of turkey, then roll up tightly.

Arrange the roll-ups on a plate and serve immediately. Enjoy your sweet and savory bites!
