This dish is a yummy fish meal with a sweet glaze. It has salmon with a maple and soy sauce on top. There's also tasty spinach and special jasmine rice. It's a good dinner that makes you feel happy and full.

Ingredients

8 baby spinach leaves
1 cup jasmine rice
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons grated ginger
1 orange
1 lb salmon fillet
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons maple syrup
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Rinse 1 cup jasmine rice in a strainer, then cook it with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 18 minutes.

Mix 2 tablespoons of grated ginger, the juice of 1 orange, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons maple syrup in a bowl.

Put 1 lb of salmon in a baking dish. Pour half the sauce over the salmon.

Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, putting the rest of the sauce on halfway through.

Warm up a pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add 4 chopped garlic cloves and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, cook for 30 seconds.

Add 8 baby spinach leaves and a splash of soy sauce. Cook for 3 minutes until the spinach is wilted.

Fluff the jasmine rice with a fork.

Put the salmon, rice, and spinach on plates to serve. Enjoy your meal!
