This Lemon Herb Tahini Dressing is a creamy sauce made with tahini, fresh lemon juice, and herbs. It's perfect for salads or as a dip. You mix tahini with lemon, herbs, and garlic to make a yummy sauce. It's easy to make and tastes very good!

Ingredients

5 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of 2 lemons (about 60 ml)
1/2 tsp ground cumin
150 g tahini
50 ml cold water
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
Salt to taste

Method

Peel and mince the garlic cloves finely.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, lemon juice, and ground cumin.

Add the tahini to the bowl and whisk until the mixture thickens and becomes grainy.

Gradually whisk in cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dressing reaches your desired consistency. It should be creamy but pourable.

Stir in the honey, chopped parsley, and dill until well combined.

Season the dressing with salt to taste.

Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Shake or stir well before using if the dressing has been chilled.
