Ice Cream Sundae Recipe

Ice Cream Sundae recipe

This is a sweet treat with ice cream, brownies, and lots of yummy toppings. You put it all in a bowl and eat it with a spoon. It's cold, creamy, and very delicious!

1 boxed brownie mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons water
6 waffle bowls
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
6 scoops vanilla ice cream
Whipped cream (for topping)
Chocolate syrup (for topping)
Maraschino cherries (for topping)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water until fully combined.
Take the waffle bowls and place them on a baking sheet. Cut pieces of foil and wrap the rim of each bowl tightly to prevent burning.
Evenly divide and pour the brownie batter into all 6 waffle bowls, filling each about halfway.
Bake the brownie-filled waffle bowls for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
While the brownies bake, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
Remove the brownie bowls from the oven and let them cool for about 5 minutes.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the brownies, and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
Top each brownie bowl with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and a maraschino cherry.
Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade Ice Cream Sundae!
