Honey-Glazed Chicken Thighs with Green Beans recipe


This is a yummy chicken dish with sweet honey and tasty green beans. We cook chicken thighs in a sweet sauce and serve them with green beans. It's a good dinner for your family.


8 chicken thighs
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups green beans, trimmed
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds


Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
In a bowl, combine the honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch. Stir until the cornstarch is dissolved.
Place the chicken thighs in the bowl and toss them with the honey mixture until they're fully coated.
Arrange the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet and pour any remaining sauce over them.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
While the chicken is baking, heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the green beans to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for about 5 minutes, until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
Serve the baked chicken thighs with the sautéed green beans on the side.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken and green beans before serving.
