This is a yummy dinner with a big piece of grilled meat and mashed potatoes with spinach. You cook the meat on a grill and mix the potatoes with spinach and cream. It's a tasty meal that's not too hard to make!

Ingredients

4 (10 oz) ribeye steaks
6 medium russet potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups spinach leaves, chopped
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup beef broth
5 cloves garlic, minced
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil

Method

1
Wash and dry the fresh produce.
2
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
3
Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium and cook until tender, about 20 minutes.
4
Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
5
Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
6
Transfer the steaks to a plate and let them rest for 5 minutes.
7
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the butter, heavy cream, beef broth, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.
8
Stir in the chopped spinach and continue to mash, mixing well until the spinach is evenly distributed and wilted from the heat of the potatoes.
9
Serve each steak with a generous portion of the spinach mash on the side. Enjoy your meal!
