Grilled Paneer Grain Bowl recipe


This is a yummy bowl with grains, veggies, and cheese. It has grilled paneer, quinoa, kale, and a tasty almond sauce. It's colorful and good for you. You cook the grains, grill the cheese, mix the sauce, and put it all in a bowl.


1 cup quinoa
2 cups water
300 g paneer
200 g kale
1 large carrot
1 yellow bell pepper
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp water
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil


Rinse 1 cup of quinoa under cold water and drain.
In a pot, combine the quinoa with 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until the water is absorbed.
Cut 300 g of paneer into 1-inch cubes. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat a grill pan over medium heat and brush with olive oil. Grill the paneer cubes for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Wash and chop 200 g of kale, peel and shred 1 large carrot, and slice 1 yellow bell pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and 1 tbsp water to make the dressing.
Fluff the cooked quinoa with a fork and divide it among bowls.
Top the quinoa with the grilled paneer, kale, shredded carrot, and bell pepper slices.
Drizzle the almond dressing over each bowl and serve immediately.
