This is a yummy grilled steak with a tasty salad. The steak is cooked until it's just right. The salad has tomatoes, peppers, and greens. It's all mixed with a sweet and tangy dressing. This meal is good for dinner and makes everyone happy!

Ingredients

600 g Flank Steak
1 Tsp Coriander Seeds
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
2 Garlic Cloves
500 g Grape Tomatoes
3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
100 g Baby Spinach
30 g Fresh Cilantro
1 Tbsp Capers
Salt and Pepper to taste

Method

1
Preheat your grill to a high heat. Season the flank steak with salt, pepper, and rub it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Crush the coriander seeds and sprinkle over the steak along with the smoked paprika.
2
Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
3
While the steak rests, toss the grape tomatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt, then place them on the grill. Cook until they are slightly charred and bursting, about 10 minutes.
4
For the dressing, mince the garlic cloves and whisk together with balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, and the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5
In a large bowl, combine the baby spinach, fresh cilantro leaves, and capers. Add the roasted tomatoes and half of the dressing, then toss to coat.
6
Slice the rested steak and arrange it on top of the salad. Drizzle with the remaining dressing before serving.
