Greek Yogurt with Blueberry-Lemon Swirl & Almonds recipe


This is a yummy yogurt bowl with sweet blueberries and a zesty lemon twist. Crunchy almonds are sprinkled on top. It's a healthy snack that tastes like dessert. You can make it in just a few minutes!


1/3 cup almonds, unsalted
3 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 cups blueberries
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice


Wash and dry blueberries. Place them in a medium bowl with honey, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Using a fork or potato masher, gently crush the blueberries until they are slightly mashed but still have some whole berries for texture.
Roughly chop the almonds and set aside.
To serve, divide the Greek yogurt between four bowls.
Top each bowl of yogurt with the blueberry-lemon mixture, then gently swirl it into the yogurt with a spoon.
Sprinkle chopped almonds over each serving and enjoy immediately.
