Garlic Sesame Stir-Fried Noodles recipe


This dish is a twist on late-night noodles. It's full of garlic and sesame flavors. You cook noodles and mix them with sauces and veggies. It's yummy and quick to make!


1 packet instant noodles
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 spring onions, sliced, whites and greens separated
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp vegetable oil


Place the noodles in a heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Let them sit for 3 minutes, then drain using a colander.
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and red pepper flakes to create the sauce.
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and the white parts of the spring onions. Cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the drained noodles to the wok and pour the sauce over them. Toss everything together for 2 minutes until the noodles are well coated and heated through.
Turn off the heat, sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds and the green parts of the spring onions over the noodles, and give it a final toss.
Serve the stir-fried noodles hot and enjoy!
