Fruit and Nut Muesli recipe


This is a yummy breakfast full of oats, nuts, and fruit. You mix it all together and let it sit overnight. In the morning, you add fresh fruit and enjoy!


180 g porridge oats
20 g flaked almonds
20 g walnuts, chopped
15 g pumpkin seeds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
75 g mixed dried fruit (raisins, sultanas, cranberries)
2 tbsp chia seeds
500 ml almond milk
1 apple, grated
2 tbsp mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries)
1/4 banana, sliced
Yogurt or milk, to serve


In a large bowl, mix together the porridge oats, flaked almonds, chopped walnuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, ground cinnamon, and mixed dried fruit.
Pour in the almond milk and stir until everything is well combined.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight, allowing the oats to soak and the flavors to meld.
The next morning, remove the bowl from the fridge. Grate the apple and add it to the muesli mixture, stirring well.
Serve the muesli in bowls, topped with fresh mixed berries, banana slices, and an additional splash of milk or a dollop of yogurt if desired.
