This is a yummy sandwich with eggs and other tasty things. You put eggs, tuna, and celery together with a little mayo. Then you put it on bread. It's good for lunch and easy to make!

Ingredients

3 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
1/2 cup chopped red onion
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
4 slices multigrain bread
4 lettuce leaves

Method

In a medium bowl, mix together the chopped eggs, tuna, and red onion.

Stir in the Greek yogurt and paprika until well combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Place a lettuce leaf on two slices of bread.

Divide the tuna and egg mixture evenly on top of the lettuce.

Cover with the remaining slices of bread, cut in half, and serve.
