Easy 10-minute Wonton Soup! Recipe

Name: Easy 10-minute Wonton Soup!
Ingredients: 4 cups chicken broth (or use veggie or beef); 2 pieces of peeled ginger, about 1/4 inch thick; 2 garlic cloves, minced; 4 stems of scallions, cut into 2 inch pieces or so (the white part); 1 tablespoon coconut aminos; 1 teaspoon sesame oil; 1 package of wontons! (we used the Trader Joe’s Cilantro Chicken ones)

Sharing our easy 10-minute Wonton Soup! Using the cilantro chicken wontons from Trader Joe's - this soup comes together so quick and easy!

Ingredients

4 cups chicken broth (or use veggie or beef)

2 pieces of peeled ginger, about 1/4 inch thick

2 garlic cloves, minced

4 stems of scallions, cut into 2 inch pieces or so (the white part)

1 tablespoon coconut aminos

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 package of wontons! (we used the Trader Joe’s Cilantro Chicken ones)

Method

In a large pot, combine the broth, ginger, garlic and scallions, coconut aminos and oil and bring to a boil

Add in wontons then cook over medium/low heat or until wontons are fully cooked. It took us about 8 minutes or so!

Serve while warm with desired toppings. We added the green part of the scallions as well as some crunchy wontons!
