Cucumber Yogurt Dip recipe

This is a creamy dip made with cucumber and yogurt. It's good with veggies or bread. It has garlic, dill, and lemon to make it taste fresh. It's easy to make and yummy!

1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
1 large English cucumber, grated and drained
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp fresh mint, finely chopped

Grate the cucumber and mix with 1/4 teaspoon of salt in a colander. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then squeeze out the excess water using a clean kitchen towel.
In a bowl, combine the drained cucumber, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, olive oil, and chopped mint.
Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
Stir everything until well mixed. Let the dip sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend together.
Serve the dip chilled with your favorite vegetables or bread for dipping.
