Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
200 g romaine lettuce, chopped
50 g Parmesan cheese, shaved
100 g sourdough bread, torn into pieces
2 tbsp Caesar dressing
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced

Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 10 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and crispy. Let it rest before slicing.
