Crispy Chicken Caesar Twist Salad recipe


This salad mixes crispy chicken with the classic flavors of a Caesar salad. It has crunchy lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and a creamy dressing. It's topped with cheese and croutons for a yummy crunch. It's a tasty meal for lunch or dinner!


2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
200 g romaine lettuce, chopped
50 g Parmesan cheese, shaved
100 g sourdough bread, torn into pieces
2 tbsp Caesar dressing
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced


Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 10 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and crispy. Let it rest before slicing.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and halved cherry tomatoes.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Caesar dressing, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic to create the salad dressing.
Toss the salad with the dressing until well coated.
In the same pan used for chicken, toast the sourdough bread pieces until golden and crispy to make homemade croutons.
Slice the rested chicken into strips and add to the salad.
Top the salad with shaved Parmesan cheese and homemade croutons.
