This is a yummy breakfast muffin. It has sweet berries and smooth cheese on a warm, toasty muffin. You make it in the oven or toaster. It's easy and quick to make for your family.

Ingredients

4 cinnamon raisin English muffins
1 cup mixed berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
4 teaspoons honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method

1
Preheat your oven to broil on high and place the rack in the upper third of the oven. If you have a toaster, you can use it instead.
2
Open the muffins so you have 8 halves. Put them on a big baking sheet. If you're using the oven, broil them for about 2 minutes, and flip them over halfway through. They should be toasty. Take them out when they're done. If you're using a toaster, just toast them until they're crispy.
3
Wash the berries gently and pat them dry with a towel.
4
Mix the ricotta cheese with the ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
5
Spread the cinnamon ricotta mix on the toasted muffin halves.
6
Put some berries on each muffin half.
7
Drizzle each one with a teaspoon of honey.
8
Now they're ready to eat! Share them with your friends or family and enjoy your tasty breakfast.
