Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie recipe


This is a yummy drink made with bananas, peanut butter, and chocolate. It's creamy and sweet. You put everything in a blender and mix it up. Then you drink it! It's good for a snack or breakfast.


2 cups (16 fl oz) almond milk, unsweetened
1 medium banana
1/2 ripe avocado
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of sea salt
6 ice cubes


Peel the banana, break it into chunks, and add it to the blender.
Wash, halve, and remove the pit from the avocado; scoop out the flesh and add it to the blender.
Add the almond milk, cocoa powder, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, sea salt, and ice cubes to the blender.
Blend on high speed for several minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness, if necessary.
Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately.
